  • Content Marketing Specialist (social media is your middle name)

    We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who genuinely enjoys marketing, design, writing, and social media.

    This isn't simply a posting or scheduling role. You'll work alongside our Media Producers, Designer, Copywriter, and clients to transform ideas into thoughtful, high-quality content that supports real business goals.

    One day you might be designing a carousel in Canva. The next, you could be pulling content ideas from a podcast, writing captions, editing a reel, researching trends, or helping plan a content campaign.

    If you enjoy both the creative and strategic sides of marketing, you'll probably enjoy this role.

  • Client Ops Specialist (a va, obm, and an exec asst walk into a bar…)

    We're hiring someone to own a portfolio of client relationships end-to-end, and to have the real, hands-on technical skill to build what those clients need. In practice, this is a blend of virtual assistant, executive assistant, and online business manager. If you've held any of those titles before, this should feel familiar.

    Think babysitter versus nanny: a babysitter checks the boxes in front of her; a nanny thinks about the whole home, notices what's needed before being asked, and leaves things better than she found them. We're hiring a nanny. We want clients to feel "I'm so grateful this person is on my team," not "eh, they're replaceable."

    This person needs to be genuinely warm and easy to talk to, not just capable behind the scenes. Billing and scope conversations aren't on you; we handle those. Your focus is the work and the relationship.
